Quick answers for the most common issues teachers and students run into.
Password and sign-in
Locked out? Use the password reset page to receive a reset link by email. Make sure to sign in with the same method you originally used (email/password or OAuth).
Billing and subscriptions
Manage your subscription from teacher settings. Pro subscribers can open the Stripe billing portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lesson generation issues
If a lesson fails to generate, check that your source content is at least a few sentences long and that you've selected a subject, level, and teaching method. Generation failures are automatically retried. If the problem persists, try a shorter source text or a different teaching method.
Class and student access
Students join classes using a 6-character join code provided by their teacher. If the code isn't working, verify it from the classes page. Each class has a unique code that doesn't expire.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from your account settings page. Go to Settings (teachers) or your Dashboard (students) and look for the "Delete Account" section. We will process your request within 30 days. If you cannot access your account, email us at support@tayumira.com.
