Terms for using TAyumira

Acceptable use

Use TAyumira for lawful educational purposes only. You must keep your account credentials private and must not upload content that you do not have the right to use. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the AI generation endpoints is prohibited.

Accounts and roles

Teachers are responsible for the content they generate and share with students. Students access lessons through class join codes provided by their teacher. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent.

AI-generated content

Lesson plans, slides, and other AI-generated content are provided as drafts to assist educators. Teachers should review all generated material before classroom use. TAyumira does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs for any specific educational context.

Subscriptions and billing

TAyumira offers three plans: Free (3 credits per month at no cost), Starter ($8.99 per month, 8 credits), and Pro ($19.99 per month, 25 credits with full feature access). All plans can purchase one-time credit packs. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and can be managed or cancelled at any time through the billing portal in teacher settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

TAyumira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
